  RAPIDS CITY, Ill. — Services for Cyriel DeCap, 88, of Silvis, formerly of Rapids City, will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Gibson Funeral Home, Port Byron. Visitation is one hour prior to services. Burial will be in Hampton Cemetery. Mr. DeCap died Saturday, Dec. 18, 1999, at the Aspenwood Care Center, Silvis. He retired in 1976 after 32 years of farming. He was born Jan. 20, 1911, in Moline. He married Martha Hougas in 1936 in East Moline. She died in 1982.
